Just ran the Canal Run... third year in a row.  The first year, I ran it in 11 minute miles.  The second year, 10:54.  This year, I ran it in 10:17 per mile.  Reagan was impressed.

"If you keep this up, Mom, by the time you're 90 years old, you'll be the winner!"
