What She Gave Me For Christmas

 The girl knows her mama, and worked to make this fabulous piece of art for my Christmas present.  So impressive, what this girl can do!  I love it!

90s Style Makeup

 She NAILED IT.  Reagan said she tried to gussy herself in "90s Style" make up.  She's not wrong at all.

Makes me realize that her mother might be stuck in "90s style make up" though.

Creative Ear Wraps

 When she turned 12, Reagan got her ears pierced.  She had begged for years and years and years to get her ears pierced, but I made her wait until 12.  Well, after she got them, they got infected, and then closed up once she took the studs out.  She hasn't wanted to get them pierced again.

Doesn't seem to matter.  She designed these ear wraps out of jewelry wire, so that her lobes are suitably beautiful.  

Malificent

 She wanted to be Young Malificent for Halloween, and her mother was HIGHLY skeptical.  She had this overly complicated, enormous design in her head that required an expensive plethora of materials, and it was getting close to Halloween.  The "costume" was just a big mess on her bedroom floor, not 12 hours before Halloween.  "You'll NEVER finish on time," says I... ever the optimist.  "Here.  Let me help you".  She refused my help.  "Mom, I have a vision.  You just can't see it.  I will be done in time."

That girl.  She got it done, and it was SPECTACULAR.  She had an actual flapping wingspan of about 10 feet.  Vision, indeed.  Of course, the wings were too big to fit in my car for her to wear them at school, and she had to ride in the back of Rob's truck in order to go the VFW Halloween party, which was hilarious.  But she made it there, and won grand prize for her efforts.  Good job, young lady!!

 Reagan created this piece of digital art on her ipad.  She is incredibly talented and creative, this girl!

WoodShop

 Reagan made THIS absolutely gorgeous cherry and maple storage box, complete with hinged lid and dovetail joints.  The mama claimed it immediately.  "FOR ME?" says I.  "I have just the place for it!"  It is currently storing all my Cricut supplies on my desk.  I don't think that's necessarily what Reagan had intended it for, but I let her keep the wood shelf she made in woodshop, and it's high time I got some of her handiwork, too :).
