Macaroons

Reagan has been begging and begging to make macaroons, so today, she just DID IT.  The first batch turned out a bit flat, but the second puffed up perfectly, and turned out just as they should - a bit of crunch on the outside, and light and airy on the inside!  WOW, little girl!  Those are not easy to do, and you did a fabulous job!  All those hours watching baking shows are paying off!
